We actually have had a batch of sunny days here in San Francisco.  Amazing!  But, as with many nice things, there is a little downside.  Our ice machine is not keeping up.  It is one of the few items that we obtained and kept when we bought out the prior owner's ice cream shop.  So today we are getting one with three times the capacity and more than three times the output.  And we put in an order for a new blender (and man-oh-man are those things expensive for a table-top appliance -- I think we are spending something like $800 on one blender, and I that price you might think it chisels the ice chips with lasers, but no, just a commercial grade frappe blender with a sound enclosure to keep it as quiet as possible). 

In line with our new, better blending and capacity, look for an expanded, delicious Chilled Out drink menu.  And enjoy the sun while it lasts.
